A New York native, Scott Dillon acquired his J.D. and M.B.A. from the law school at Indiana University, Bloomington, and the Kelley School of Business. Over the last 16 years, Scott has provided in-house legal guidance across five different industries, first as General Counsel through the development and initial years of operation of Indiana Live! Casino in Shelbyville, IN, then as General Counsel of Penguin Publishing's subsidiary Author Solutions in Bloomington, IN, next as Legal Director of French conglomerate Bollore Group's Blue Indy, LLC operation and its launch of the first electric car share program in the United States in Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by his role as General Counsel of world-famous premium audio company Klipsch Group, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana, and most recently as Deputy General Counsel of drug development company Inotiv, Inc. (NASDQAQ: NOTV). Scott lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Lisa, and their 3 children Hannah, Payton, and Lucas.
