Meet Cathleen Fox, a highly experienced legal assistant with a passion for criminal law and justice. Cathleen graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a degree in Criminal Justice and has been working in the legal field for over 15 years.
Cathleen has worked as a Legal Assistant for several Indianapolis firms before joining Katie Charleston Law, PC, a cutting-edge practice that supports working moms and their desire to raise a family and pursue their career. She was drawn to the firm’s progressive values and commitment to empowering women in the legal industry.
In her previous role at a nationwide transportation firm, Cathleen specialized in class action, litigation, and docketing, becoming well-versed in various state and federal jurisdictions, particularly California, which has served her well in her current position.
Cathleen’s passion lies in criminal law and defense. She is fascinated by the prison system and its impact on individuals and society, including re-entry programs for prisoners.
When Cathleen is not working, she spends her time with her two young boys, aged 5 and almost 3. She enjoys gardening, running, weightlifting, watching crime shows, baking/cooking, hiking, and anything else that allows her to spend time outdoors.
With her extensive legal experience, attention to detail, and organizational skills, Cathleen is a valuable asset to Katie Charleston Law and an integral part of the team.
